Dear frost is an employee from Kellogg's who is taking a career break and plans to ride approximately 5000 miles around the coastline of the British Isles. He began his epic journey onMonday 5th July and aims to cover around 70 miles per day.

Dean Frost has just left the famous landmark of John O'Groats after some really challenging exploits in th eScottish Highlands. He is writing a superb blog which is well worth reading on his site www.deanfrostbike.com

Seeds for Africa would like to thank everyone involved in this annual event. The organisers always donate a sum of money to help our work with African school children and we are extremely grateful to them.
